IV. Recruitment Operations

Sticker Distribution Tracking

Crew members are requested to report any and all distributions of USS Terminus promotional stickers, particularly to track potential connections between recruitment materials and new crew onboarding. The spike in recent new recruits may correlate with sticker distribution efforts.

New Recruit Integration

The latest newsletter will be distributed to all new recruits. As new crew members join the ship's social media platforms, crew members are encouraged to provide welcoming greetings and shipboard orientation.

Badge and Outreach Program

Lieutenant Jessica Lewis is developing a badge clip accessory for convention and formal function wear. A QR code sticker, placed on the reverse of the badge, will provide a convenient method for interested parties to access the USS Terminus website and learn more about the ship.

Recruitment Philosophy

The ship's recruitment strategy prioritizes quality and fit over mere numbers. USS Terminus welcomes crew from across the metro area and remains open to serving as an interim ship for those exploring their options or establishing vessels outside the metropolitan region. The ship is not pursuing maximum membership, but rather building a cohesive, enthusiastic crew committed to the USS Terminus mission and culture.

V. Away Missions

Camp Goblin Operation

Multiple crew members plan to participate in an informal away mission to Camp Goblin on Sunday, September 27, 2026. While this operation is not classified as an official ship function, crew members are encouraged to attend. Mission notes and photographs of crew activities will be compiled for ship records and crew morale documentation.

Proposed Future Away Missions

Additional away mission possibilities discussed include:
- Halloween Parade at Little Five Points
- Day trip to the High Museum of Art

Crew-Initiated Away Missions

Crew members are encouraged to initiate away mission proposals for activities they believe would appeal to ship personnel. Interested crew should create an event on the USS Terminus Facebook page and extend invitations. Away missions need not be restricted to large gatherings; crew duos or small groups enjoying shared activities while wearing the ship's colors constitute legitimate away mission operations.

VI. Additional Notes

It was noted with satisfaction that Recruit Emily Boucher's residential quarters presented in an exemplary state of organization and cleanliness. Unfortunately, a technical malfunction of the camera system prevented visual documentation of this achievement for the official record. Morale impact: positive.

Lieutenant Commander Sterling expressed considerable admiration for Recruit Marsha Cox's canine companion, which attended the meeting with apparent enthusiasm for receiving pets and positive attention. The animal's disposition and friendly demeanor reflected favorably on its owner and contributed positively to overall meeting morale.
